Your reservation is confirmed on the day we receive your signed contract.

A deposit of 25% (1st cheque) is required with the return of the contract.

The balance (2nd cheque) will be cashed on the first day of your stay.

A security deposit (200 $) is also payable with the return of the contract.
Pets are NOT permitted.
CANCELLATION

If cancellation notice is received 90 days before 1st day of stay, the total amount put down will be reimbursed.

If cancellation notice is received between 60 and 90 days before 1st day of stay, only the balance of the rental cost (not the deposit) will be reimbursed.

If cancellation notice is received within 60 days before 1st day of stay, there will be no reimbursement.

The security deposit is always totally reimbursed in case of cancellation.
